Is the Pflueger® Echelon a good reel?
Just wondering because I have a shimano curado and cant really spend much more money.???

My friend has an echelon, and after 3 months of every-weekend fishing it just crashed.. I wouldnt ever buy one, but maybe his was just a coincedence.

they are supposed to be great reels, although i have never tried them...

I hear both.. Some people say they love them and wouldnt buy another reel and others say they would never fish them again

i love pflueger reels but i would never buy one with a graphite frame.get a trion at the very least.the trion narrow spool is a great reel for $99.
