Its called giving them the pink finger around my area. Yes they work very well. The 4.5" version will catch alot of fish .The pink finger being Bubblegum color.I don't know why it works , but it will catch bass when a regular senko won't.The best hook I have found for them is a Mister Twister Kahle keeper hook or a weighted keeper hook. I will post a site for them.P N J

The first time I tied on a pink Slug-Go, I caught a 9 lb. bass. If she had been eating right she would have weighed at least 11 lbs. So I don't know if she struck because of the color or because she was starving to death. Maybe a little of both. LOL.

PNJ has been helpful LOL. Yes Slug-O's are good baits, they are made by Lunker City. here's a link http://www.lunkercity.com I prefer the shad colors myself. They are truly the first and original stick bait.

Love the go's have had good luck with them over the years. But have NEVER EVER NERVER caught anything with the pink color. My partner loves the color and has caught some nice fish with it. I use the shad colors. I guess it boils down to what you are comfortable fishing with.
Oh by the way, I have been fishing jersey rigs worms for years. I may even have started it. When I was a kid, I would use live worms stuck once through the middle. Wow! I should have gotten a paten. Of course the other 4 or 5 guys fishing with me did the same thing.
