Default 11-11-07 badin lake

air temp 30 water temp 59 vizability was 6-7 feet.. of course i hit one of my favorite fall/winter holes. i caught 14 bass 7 keepers big round 4 pounds all on 2 cranks and a fluke..the dinks were all over the pearl fluke..but the cranks were hot. they were fire tiger bombers -fat free fry and fat free shad-..now go back and read the amount of vizability.uh huh in really clear water..

one of the bigger chunks..

I donno what it is but they love that FireTiger pattern. Had em slaying it when I would hit wood structure then let it float back up, 2 weeks ago in about 5-6 foot visibility water.

i think late in the year the bass turn toward more brim than shad as the shad are bigger and faster..and these two baits do look a bit like a fingerlin brim..

We still have water temps in the low 60's, but it amazes me that NC water temps match ohios most of the year, the biggest dif is the first 4 months of the year.

That must have been on one of the 2 hot spots that you showed me.
The point or the highspot. Apparently these areas had no boats on them when you were there this time.
