water temp was 48 air temp 30ish frost on EVERYTHING.. water was a bit stained in flatswamp but clear in the main lake.. caught 2 bass a short and a barely keeper both on a jlv crankbait.. my buddy had 5 shorts on a shakey head worm..
running up "the wall" there had to be 100-125 buzzards at the fork...dam if i know what they were doing there.. zooker

48 is balmy for the water, I think it was that in October here. Man it would be great to get out on Christmas some year.

yeah nc i am planning on a run next weekend -sunday- to the bad girl.. i love this time of year on badin. you don't know what is going to hit...i fish the old whitney area alot myself...
