Google earth
Hello all,
I just finished watching the geospatial adv. video (google earth) and when I got to the point where I was suppose to follow this link http://ge.gbif.net/gbifwmslinks.php for topo maps ect. the link did not seem to work. Anyone have a new link or any advice on how to accomplish the proper downloads? I basically stopped watching the video at that point so if there is anything else in the video that may be different now as oposed to when the video was created any info on taht would be appreciated. It was awesome what he was able to do. Thanks |

Hi joeim8,
That website pulled down that page that hosted that particular KML file. But lucky for us, there is another just like it located here: http://www.gelib.com/usgs-topographic-maps.html This has the exact same functionality as the one we linked to in the video. Also, we have a great links/resources page for our Geospatial Advantage video here. Hope this helps!
