Gabby Gifford's husband is now an admitted felon.

When he purchased that AR-15, he signed a document stating he was not buying the weapon on behalf on anyone else. The document states quite clearly that lying about that is a felony.

Now that he's embarassed about being caught on camera buying a weapon he doesn't want you to be able to buy, he says it was a "political statement" and that he is going to give the weapon to the Tuscon police department.

FELONY.
