I do a similar technique. On mine I use canisters from 35MM film that I have labeled. The only other thing I have done is to add a magnet in the bottom of the one's that hold hooks. (I had too many of them pop open in my pocket and this usually limits the damage)

That looks great, Cullin. You've given me a few ideas for my own organizational problems that need solving!

I use the falcon boxes, and if I had to get rid of all of them but one, I'd keep the terminal tackle organizer. It's great for keeping hooks and weights separated, and even has a larger compartment for other hooks.
I keep my EWG's in the main labeled hook compartments with offsets, ds hooks, wacky rig hooks, trailer hook, etc in their original packaging in the larger misc. compartment. For small items like swivels, split rings, snap swivel, etc. hey get threaded on safety pins which keeps them all together and where they're supposed to be. BB

I use the Falcon FTO 501 Rigging Organizer, shown in the link, 4th from the left. It has quite a bit more room than the 407 Terminal Tackle Organizer, and that comes in handy for adding shaky- and tube-jigs and Gamakatsu bags to the box. That little space for bags comes in handy for trailer hooks, drop shot, skipping hooks, pegging tools, etc.

Cullen, this is what i NEED to do, but like you, I can get everything set in a place and go out ONE time and it is all over the boat, lol. But I like this. Very much.

That is a great solution, but it wouldn't suit me as a shore angler. I need to take a minimalist approach to minimize encumbrance. Hooks occupy less space for me in their original packages.
If I had the space like on a boat, I would definitely employ something like that.

Hey! That's really cool!! I think I'll try that one!
Right now, I was a two sided utility box. One I have weights, and jig heads in. The other hooks! Works pretty good!
