Great! I was contemplating between this, and the "Angler of the Year" rod. It was a 6'8'' MH, but I thought a longer tip meant a longer cast, so.....
What line and reel would you reccomend Reb? -Lunk-

I use a Team Daiwa 153HST and 50 lb Powerpro. I mainly use it for big worms in heavy cover.

Mine is going to be for more open-water applications. Mostly 1/4-1/2 ounce sinkers, occasionally a 3/4 oz, fished anywhere from docks to 25'+.
What reel is the one of which you spoke? Can I get a link? Thanks, -Lunk-
