Default it was one of those days..

started off bad and got worst..

i was pumpin gas into the boat. the nozzle fell out. shooting gas on to the floor of the boat..-what a friggin mess to clean up-

got to the launch was using the rope trick to launch when the rope broke. -yo hoss catch my boat would ya!!!- had a tourny angler retrive my boat..-thanks btw dude-

started fishin-after running 7 miles- caught several small bass one decent fish on a shakey head.. switched to my blade started working a wind blown grass line. caught a decent bass.. kept on working the wind blown grass line.. a bass grabs my blade i set the hook and pow! the rod broke 6 above the fore grip..-add a whole lot of cuss words- that makes the second g-stick i have broke in 2 months..and it is my personal favorite rod to boot...

at this point i called it a day headed home to work on the boat a bit -new bilge pump-

Sheesh Zook. When it rains it pours. After a day on the lake like that you should head right back out tomorrow. It can only get better. I hope!

Well, I don't feel so bad now! All I did was break a couple of teeth on my Dual rotary helm for my steering yesterday. It still drives but it wiil sure give you a nervous feeling to here that popping sound and feel the steering wheel skip a little in the middle of a high speed turn! I took it aopart when I got home and found two broken teeth on the main drive gears. I guess about $400 later and a mechanic with a motor lift wil get it fixed. I curtailed my tournament strategy yesterday (the unknown) and cost me the tourney. I also discovered that one of my livewell valves is shot also (luckily, the port side is still working).

It sounds like you had an absolutely rotten day, Zooker. Get out there and make up for it tomorrow.
