Only use bait that is native to the water you fish. Intoducing invasive species can have a devastating affect on a water system. Most of us here use artificial lures 99% of the time. There are a number of "craeture" baits commercially available. Welcome to the forum and good luck with your fishing.

Andre, if I were you I would only use the bait that is sold in your country. Not trying to be rude, but as DVT has mentioned, introducing a non native species into your waters could have a devistating effect on the biology of your waters and beyond. Here in the states we are dealing with exactly that problem. The Great Lakes over hear are being decimated by foreign species brought in by cross ocian shipping when they empty their ballasts into our waters. And besides, even if you did order waterdogs to be shipped overseas to you, I doubt they would survive the trip, and the shipping costs would be very high. On top of that you have all the shipping restrictions for shipping live animals internationally. I would suggest looking for artificial lures that mimic waterdogs.

Too poorly done, not me. Why did he have to be a foreigner in search of waterdogs?

I have freeze dried waterdogs - expressly for international customers. Eliminates the concerns with introducing invasive species (and shipping loss) as they are ALREADY DEAD. Just soak them in water the night before your fishing trip to reconstitue the 'dogs. Only $19.99 each. But wait, if you act in the next 20 minutes I'll double your order. Paypal is preferred method of payment.
