Default Any arrowhead hunters out there ?

I have found 2 arrow heads in less than a week on my property. An old man lives across the county road from me has alot of property ( farm ) and he has lived there is whole life. His dad built that house in 1932 during the great depression. I talked to him about it , and he has found many arrow heads and 3 hatchet heads in his fields. There is also a large mound that seems out of place on his property. There is also a creek down threw there , that I guess could have possibly been a major waterway many , many years ago... I am getting in to this and want to know what to do. I am sure the old man would let me look on his property after the corn is gone ( fall ) if he is still alive , I found out he has prostrate cancer , and they think it spread to his stomach. He rents out the farm ground now. We are up on high spot for this area , there is some gental flowing hills , then this mound , I may take some pics...

My sister's boyfriend owns a farm and he finds them all the time. He has them in glass frames all around his place.

Careful with the digging up of old burial grounds. A lot of bad horror stories start that way. The last thing you need is a indian boogieman after you.

i didn't mean for YOU to do the digging. ask the college to do it for you. then YOU get PAID. get it?

I am pretty sure that you can only dig up a burial mound if you plan to put a casino on it.

There are a couple of golf courses in Palm Springs that have those mounds on them. If the ball goes into one of the mounds, it is a free drop, but you have to consider your ball gone. They frown on people waling on them to retrieve a ball and get really pissed if you try to hit from them.
