Girls sell me ribs and chicken and pose for picture..

First fish late in evening

Second fish worth a picture

!0 more fish fall for poppers..Then this one

So we have about a dozen so far from guys who just learned how to cast a spinnig rod. I ask to try one cast and pickup an 8 wt and place a big hair bug in some pads. BANG and I missed a good fish. Second cast to same spot and I hook up with a nice 6 LB + LGmouth. I made two casts all night besides the demo's..

Do I look happy or what..

Man, that must have been an absolute blast to catch on a fly rod. Seems like yall are always catching good fish up there.

We only caught five out of Mattawoman last Sat but they were all keepers and helped us with our team limit. That fish would have helped. Our fish were on plastics on the grass edges during low to incoming tide. Only fished for a couple hours.
