Clear, Sunny, Hot
7 June 2011 - Lake Guntersville –This morning Mr. Greg Howell joined me for a summer six hour trip. Again, we caught lots of fish which included another 7.25. We caught them on top and on the bottom, most of all our good fish came on Jigs in 8-10 FOW. Water temps are steady at low to mid 80’s. We fished in the mid lake area; fishing road beds, shell beds, shallow weeds and ledges. Again today, our better fish came on Tightline Football Head Jig’s (Black/Blue), Lucky Craft Sammy’s, t-rigged sped worms, Assassinator Buzzbaits, Spinnerbaits and plastics. Most of the fish are still in the 2-3.5 pound range with a several 4-5 pound fish in the mix. If your going to be out on the water in this heat, please drink lots of water and use sun screen. I have days available in June and I'm already booking days for the July and August, make your reservations now for some great summer time action on Guntersville and Nickajack. We supply all fishing gear, lures at no additional cost to you and 110% dedication to making your trip successful. Make your reservations now for some great action on Tennessee River. “Let’s go fish’ in”
