Windy and Blue Bird Skies
10 November 2011, Lake Guntersville Fishing Reports – Spent the day on the might Guntersville with Jason from New Market AL. So, we spent most of the time throwing SPRO Frogs on 50# Vicious Braid over mats along with on swim baits, Assassinator Compact white Spinner Baits, and crank baits. We had good day despite the hollowing wind; catching fish on almost every stop! We did miss the hook set on more than we caught, but we still put several good fish in the 3.5 to 5.5 pound range in the boat. Water temps have dipped to 58.2 degrees in the morning and climbed to 60-61 degrees this afternoon. The grass is still producing for some exciting fall top water action, this should continue especially in the afternoons, not sure for how much longer the wind was really doing a number on the grass today. I still have days available in November and we’re already booking December! Make your reservations now for some great action on Guntersville, Nickajack or Tim’s Ford. We supply all fishing gear, lures at no additional cost you, Military Discount and 110% dedication to making your trip successful. “Let’s go fish’ in”
