Cloudy and lots of wind
26 November 2011, Lake Guntersville Fishing Reports – I had the pleasure of spending Saturday with Bill and James from Pikeville, Kentucky. We fished the Mid lake area spending most of the time throwing working the windy side of the secondary points with swim baits, Pop-R’s and Assassinator Compact white Spinner Baits in the afternoon. There is still some good grass producing for some exciting fall top water action in the afternoons. We caught fish on almost every stop; putting lots of good fish in the 2 to 3.5 pound range in the boat. Water temps continued to hold this past week right around 56.2 degrees in the morning and climbing to 59 degrees in the late afternoon. The fish are transitioning to a winter pattern that should be outstanding this year. I still have several days available in December and we’re already taking reservations for the spring! Make your reservations now for some great action on Guntersville, Nickajack or Tim’s Ford. We supply all fishing gear, lures at no additional cost you, Military Discount and 110% dedication to making your trip successful. “Let’s go fish’ in”
