15-17 Feb 2012, Lake Guntersville Fishing Reports – This report is from Wednesday thru Friday, with clients a mix of clients scouting for up coming tournaments next week and a retirement gift for Mr. Tim Tighe. The water temp’s have improved all week ending this evening with 53.5 degrees. We fished A-rigs, rattle traps, crank baits, and swim baits and Jigs. We found good fish around docks with jigs and rattle traps. Our best fish came on umbrella rigs, rigged with Skinny Dipper Swim Baits on the new Assassinator Umbrella Rig Spinner Baits fished in 3-9 FOW. Today was by far the best catching day with over 30 fish and our best five today was 25 plus pounds. Most fish where in the 2.5-3.5 pound range with a several fish in the 5-7 pound fish with most of the better fish coming out of 1-12 FOW. I have days available; come spend a day on the lake with me.
