July 09, 2012 Lake Guntersville Fishing Report – Had the pleasure of fishing with a father and son from El Paso TX. We caught fish on Sammy’s, Missile Baits split tail worms, Flukes and Tightline Jigs. The best bite on the back side of the channel grass and road beds. Water temperatures have been 87 to 89 degrees. Most fish where in the 2-3.5 pound range with a couple over 4.5 in the mix. Please drink lots of water and use a good sun screen when on the lakes. Make your reservations now for some great ledge and frog action on Guntersville or Tim’s Ford. We supply all fishing gear, lures, including A-rigs at no additional cost you, Military Discount and 110% dedication to making your trip successful. “Let’s go fish’ in”
