Partly cloudy and HOT!
July 17, 2012 Lake Guntersville Report – Spent the day on the lake with returning clients Dr Shaun and Kelton Reynolds from Brentwood TN. We caught fish on Sammy’s, Missile Baits split tail worms, Ribbet Frogs, SPRO Frogs, and Tightline Jigs. The best bite on the back side of the channel grass and road beds using a ½ oz Guntersville Special jig with a Missile Baits Trailer. Water temperatures are 85 to 87 degrees. Most fish where in 2-3.5 pound range with a couple over 4.5 in the mix. The big fish of the day belonged to Kelton with a 5.5 on a Jig. Please drink lots of water and use a good sun screen when on the lakes. Make your reservations now for some great ledge and frog action on Guntersville or fall smallmouth fishing on Tim’s Ford. We supply all fishing gear, lures, including A-rigs at no additional cost you, Military Discount and 110% dedication to making your trip successful. “Let’s go fish’ in”
