Mar 2, 2013 Lake Guntersville – Today two brothers, Anderson and Edward Aldag from the Birmingham and Tuscaloosa joined me for a day on the lake. We expected it to be a tough bite with a strong N/NW wind, the return of cold nights, and snow today, which dropped water temperatures back a little to 44-46 degrees. However, it was a Roll Tide day and if young Anderson throws a football and Ed plays defense like they fish, I’m predicting Alabama will be at the top for the next 3-4 years…The guys put a heck of a limit in the boat today, twice over. We found our fish in 1-3 FOW on rattle baits from SPRO and Excalibur along with D-Bomb’s from Missile Baits and Tightline Jigs in Guntersville Special!
