Clear, light breeze from the south most of the time
30 Oct 2010 - Lake Guntersville Fishing Report– Ryan from Bowling Green Kentucky joined me today. We fished the Mid-Lake areas, found fish in 1-8 FOW using Football head Jigs, Sammy’s, Spinner baits and tubes. We had blue bird clear shy’s all day with a slight breeze that started out of the east and changed by days end to a more southern wind. We had to fish hard for the quality bite; there is some smaller fish schooling. Water color ranges from slightly stained to clear for the most part. Water temp’s ranged from 62 to 68 degrees. We caught fish almost all day off and on again. Grass is starting to break-up and the fish are moving into a more predictable pattern. Make your reservations for a trip soon, we have dates available in November...some great Smallmouth fishing should start picking up in mid November on Tim’s Fords as well. "Let's go fish’ in”
