Extermely Windy (15-25 mph) and heavy rains in the morning
16 Nov 2010 - Lake Guntersville Fishing Report – Today was a day for die hard fishermen to say the least, After taking a 9 day trip to florida, I was joined today by Curt from Northern Illinois; We fished Mudd Creek, where we found fish in 1-8 FOW around scattered grass using Spinner Baits, Ribbet Frogs, and Flukes. Water temp’s ranged from 57 to 58.5 degrees. It rained all morning and the wind stayed at 15-25 mph almost all day. We caught 25 fish or so fish all under 3 pounds…nothing over 3.. We caught fish almost all day working each area slow and completely. The grass in Mudd Creek is starting to break-up and the fish are moving into a more predictable pattern. We have dates available in November with the weather forecast for the next 10 days it’ll be a great time to be on the water from some late fall Guntersville fishing...the Smallmouth fishing is starting to picking up on Tim’s Fords and below Nick-a-jack Dam as well. "Let's go fish’ in”
