Cloudy almost all day long
01 Apr 2011 - Lake Guntersville Fishing Reports – I was joined again today by a father and son team, The Morrison’s for some fun on the lake. Water temps started out at 54.8 and by the days end we found some 56.6 in a Mink Creek. Conditions are changing daily on Lake Guntersville, we lost a little with the rain this last week and cooler temp. The best action for the most part is still in the 3-10 FOW water range using soft plastics and Tightline Jigs on Mid Lake secondary points. The fishing is only going to get better on both Guntersville and Nickajack in the coming weeks with both lakes showing signs of a all out fish producing April and May! I only needed one picture today that sayings it all, Father and Son having a Great Day on the Water! I have the 3rd of April available than the next open days start on 9-11 April, I’m already booking days for the May and June, make your reservations now for some great mid spring action on Guntersville and Nickajack. It won’t be long and we’ll see the steady top water bite on both lakes “Let’s go fish’ in”
