16-17 May 2011- Lake Nickajack – After leaving Guntersville yesterday, I met up with the Boegeman family from the Great State of Missouri on Lake Nickajack for a half day trip and today was joined by a returning Client Bill McCoy for a full day on the lake. Water temps are holding at 68-70 degree. We fished the mid-lake using Tightline Jigs, chatter baits, Swim Baits and t-rigged Mega Craws. Everyone caught fish on both trips, however Monday afternoon produced the best. Lots of good keeper fish in the 2-3 pound range. The vast majority of fish we caught today came from 2-8 FOW. Nickajack is in full swing and is a pleasure to fish! I have few days available in May and I’m already booking June and July!
