Rainbow Lake Fishing Report

Clear sunny day

There's only one access point by public road, and that's from the SW corner of the lake. We got a reasonably early start, so by 6:40AM we were in the water. Water temp was good, since this lake is pretty shallow. We were hoping to find some nice rainbows trout, and we were not disappointed. We called it quits by 10:45AM, and by that time we each had a half dozen or more hits, and had reeled in some fun and scrappy little fighters. Worms were the best option we found.
