Ocmulgee River Fishing Report

Partly cloudy to clear
A friend of mine, Big Floyd and I hit the river yesterday trying to fill our stringers. The river was still muddy but our hopes were
not to be discouraged. The water temperature to start with was at 51 degrees and later on in the day rose to 55.
The day started out with me catching a 2lb 11oz LM which raised our expections for the rest of the day. Around
noonish, I was able to land another cull fish that weighed in at 3lb. 11 oz. All total, I caught about 8 fish by the
end of the day. Big Floyd landed several fish. Thanks Big Floyd!!! I enjoyed our float together. Looking forward to
the next one.
