High 70s and a cold front moving in with rain tonight, clouds FINALLY and wind
Holy stickups!
The adventures of Woody and JB part 2~
Woody and I hooked up for our second outing at Brookville Lake, the last 2-3 weeks the lake has been
dead for most types of fishing (walleye, crappie, bass)
Today after hitting some main lake points and the causeway, it started out slow but this time
we noticed much more shad and fish activity than the previous weeks.
We ended up flipping most of the day with a pnj for woody and some black tubing, and for me I broke
out the infamous paca craw in punkin green.
After the causeway we hit the north area which is big eli creek and fished the hundreds and hundreds of stumps and
standing timber.
Got into a dink smallmouth and a keeper largemouth and a few missed fish, plus a few white bass.
Nothing to speak of, but SO much better than the last few times on the lake getting no hits at all.
A good wind picked up and lots of fall leaves on the water, a great time fishing.
Any time fishing with woody is relaxing an great company, good fisherman!
Heres some fall pics of Big Eli
