Fishing was slow on worms and jigs. Tied on a rattle trap and filled the boat. The bass where suspended in about 6ft of water. The males had empty bellies and the famales had eggs of course and their bellies were full of shad. We fished on the bank(because the wind was bad)with the wind in our face. Wind was blowing bait fish toward us and we took advantage of that. I was not expecting the fish to bite a rattle trap with a fast presentation, but it paid off.
