Crystal Lake Fishing Report

It was about 58-62 and the wind was blowing at 15-20

I was not on a boat but I fished all around the whole lake from 10:15 am - 4:15pm . I only used a dropshot rig with 8lb flourocarbon Berkley Vanish and a 4-1/2 inch Roboworm . The worm color was Bluegill and Margarita . I caught 5 Largemouth Bass in Pocket towards the back end where there were many spawning beds . There was about 12-15 of them all swimming together and I'll just pitch my dropshot right at them and hop that worm with fast but short hops . I caught my last one at a similar spot but at the opposite side to the left while the wind was blowing at it's highest . The spot I fished was protected by the harsh winds . That was my biggest catch at about 2-1/2 lbs . All the others were smallies but fun to catch . My rod was just a 6'6" Med action spinning .
