Lake Hunt Fishing Report

Cloudy, Slight Breeze coming from the north west.
I arrived at the lake around 7:15am, was going to start fishing the docks,but another boat was already there. So I decided to go to the back bay on the right side of the lake. I came upon a point that was just before the bay. Well I thought it was going to be a great day cloudy not hot and hardly any boats at all. I started casting Buzz baits,Dark color to white then switched to a spinner bait casting several colors and no takers. I then started to throw out crank baits and swim baits.Still no takers,I was really starting to get under my skin! I decided to toss a nice size worm, so I got out my 10" Gator tails and pick up the Purple / Blue with garlic scented well I get my first nibble and then the rod bent almost in half. I played with for awhile and then I landed a 3.21# and 20" length. I cast more around the area bu no more hits so I moved futher back in the bay. I then stopped at a nice spot that had a fallen tree and some good stumps tossed the lures and no hits on anything except the worm. I then rigged another rod with a oil grape color gator worm, but didn't get a thng on that all my fish I caught was done on that purple/blue gator tail. The other fish I caught was a 2.85# and 18" the a 1.26# at13" and the last one was 1.65# and 15" long. I went home aound 1:00 pm. sun started to come out and gotten hotter.
