Sunny and cold to start than close to 65 by days end
26 Feb 2011 –Lake Nickajack – I was joined today by Rob and Reed (repeat client) for a little Nickajack fun in the sun. Water temps started out at 54.7 and by the days end we found some 56.1. If you wanted to classify this day either good or ok, that would depend on which one of you talked too. Rob (dad) would say he had great spring day, he caught 9 fish most of which went between 2-3.5 Reed and I on the other hand might not agree with that as we only caught one fish to Rob’s catch. With a post front, blue bird skies, north wind and an air temp at started at 38 degrees. We started out looking for a jerk bait and rattle trap bite. Rob’s started catching while Reed and I fished! The fish we caught today came from 2-6 FOW, all on jerk baits. I have few days available in March and I’m already booking days for the April, May and June! We supply all fishing gear, lures at no additional cost you and 110% dedication to making your trip successful. Make your reservations now for some great action on Guntersville and Nickajack. “Let’s go fish’ in”
