Today was a trip to Percy Priest and it was a really good one. I had Chris and Thomas, father and son, and we started our day targeting crappie. The bite was a little off with the rising water on the lake. We managed to catch several but they were a little spotty. We then shifted gears and began bass fishing and that was very good. We caught over 20 on the day and had several in the 3lb category. Thomas did a great job casting and landing his fish, he was a quick learner and focused young man. I always enjoy the family trips, they are the most fun for me and this trip did not disappoint. We had a great time and look forward to seeing you guys in May.
