Mixed weather Air temp 65-74
23-25 Nov 2010 –Tim’s Ford – I was join on Tuesday by my friend John and I fished solo Thursday morning. Water temps are holding in right around 58-60 degree’s, We faced blue bird skies and a slight breeze out of the north/northwest on Tuesday. Thursday was cloudy. Tuesday John and I fished for about 3 hours targeting striper’s and caught 14 good fish in the jumps. Thursday morning I found a good smallmouth bite in 8-10 FOW. The best bet to catch fish on Tim’s Ford remains, flukes, crank baits, jerk baits and football head Jigs. There is some top water action mostly stripers with a few smallmouth mixed in. Tims Ford is entering a winter pattern and will only get better over the next two weeks. Make your reservations for a winter smallmouth trip soon... "Let's go fish'in”
