Nov 25, 2011, Tim’s Ford Fishing Reports – Spent the day on the lake with Brent from VA. We had blue bird skies all day. Fish are on secondary points and about half way in to pockets. Just like everywhere else we found lots of shad all over the place. Water temps are 56.5 to 59 degrees depending on what part of the lake you’re on. Our better fish came on Tightline Football Jig’s (Guntersville Special or Pumpkin Orange) and Spot Removers rigged with a finesse worm. We also fished RC1.5 and Bandit Crank Baits with limited results. Don’t miss out on some great winter smallmouth action on Tim’s Ford.
