Sept 26, 2012, Tim’s Ford Fishing Report – Spent another exceptional day on Tim’s Ford with Mike from Dallas TX today. With the partly overcast day we fished straight through today. The morning produced the best results with a mixed bag of fish including some nice smallmouth, largemouth, and Hybrid Stripe. The action slowed shortly after 10am, but we still managed some nice fish in the around the lunch hour up until the end of the day at 3pm. Again today, we found our fish in 15 to 65 FOW on main lake points/rounds using SPRO Dawgs, chug bugs, spinner baits and spot removers. The water level is holding at summer pool and water temperatures have declined to 74-76 degrees. Early mornings and evenings remain the best time to hit Tim’s for some great smallmouth and top water stripe action.
