Oct 6, 2012, Tim’s Ford Fishing Report – Father and Son Tony and Tony Kirkpatrick joined me today on one of the most exciting trips of the year which included several doubles and one triple. With overcast skies, the fish stayed active all day long producing a mixed bag of fish including some nice smallmouth, largemouth, and Hybrid Stripe. The fish are still in 15 to 65 FOW, we fished main lake points/rounds using SPRO Dawgs, chug bugs, spot removers and BoJole Flutter spoons. The water level is holding at summer pool and water temperatures are holding at 71-73 degrees. Early mornings and evenings remain the best time to hit Tim’s for some great smallmouth and top water stripe action. I have days available, make your reservations now for some great fall action on Guntersville and Tim’s Ford.
