Potomac River Fishing Report

Sunny with NW 20-25 mph winds

Fished the Potomac from 8:30 -3:30. Winds were howling after about 10:00. We caught 3 fish on rattle traps on a flat with grass early in Aquia then moved out to the main river and caught 3 more on a spinnerbait (all keepers from 2.1-2.7 lbs.) It started getting bad so we moved back into the creek and the wind turned the creek to mud. We caught 4 more small ones on trap and spinnerbaits then put it on the trailer. We caught 10 fish total.Not a terrible day fopr the conditions.
