great action, but the hooking system isn't good...many throw-offs and pull-offs occur.

best way to use it is to run a double drop shot rig that looks like this

One of my go-to lures when fish are chasing minnows. Great action, lots more action than a soft jerkbait. I like to fish them weightless, slow fall very tantalizing. I also fish them in grass and make them look like they are feeding. I ve caught lots of bass and large bluegills doing this. I havent had any problems with hook ups, I use the smallest hook I can get away with, and the 3" minnow. The frogs work really well too
