He is the biggest catfish in my life too, the truth, I am still young. Pulled out it 30 minutes - up to the coast, then four persons lifted it upwards on coast of the river - on height of 2 meters. It has borrowed all luggage carrier of a jeep! And what you catch? And where? |

Nah, minor, nothing wrong with keeping a trophy. Â*I've got a big trout and a big bass on my wall. Â*Granted, those are the only ones I have kept in a loooong time and I will not keep any more, but I don't have a problem with keeping a trophy if somebody wants to.
Stepan, welcome to the forum! To answer your question I fish strictly for largemouth bass and I live in south central Texas. I've seen pictures of some of the sturgeon they catch in Russia-some of those fish are big enough to put a saddle on. |

Hula,
your right about the sturgeon in the Columbia. I grew up on that river and have caught a number of them. Biggest was 54" but they get well over 10 ft in length. Skeeter |
