i would suggest a....(ready for this)....knot : ;D what in the world were you trying if you couldnt get it to stay on??? even a bassic double knot will work (tho not recommended)

Re: also
Does anyone know the trick to trying a polomar knot with the tag end facing the rear towards the hook? That way it does'nt pick up weeds? I was shown by a pro at the Bass-A-Rama last year , now I have forgot. I think my cheese is sliping off my cracker. I'd forget my fishing poles if I did'nt carry them in my truck.

Re: also
if you use soft plastics, just slide the plastic over the knot.....if its anything else, most like grass will get stuck on it anyways......but im not sure about the trick....if you cut it fairly short, and your line isnt stiff, wouldnt the grass just slide off? but if its not softplastics then i think grass will be getting caught on it anyway(i.e.- crankbaits-treble hook, spinnerbaits- blades and hook, jigs-weedgaurd and jig head, top waters- trebles, and water ever else is out there.............lol 8)

Let your conversational communications possess a clarified conciseness, a compacted comprehensibleness, coalescent consistency, and a concatenated cogency. Eschew all conglomerations of flatulent garrulity, jejune babblement, and asinine affectations. Let your extemporaneous descantings and unpremeditated expatiations have intelligibility and veracious vivacity, without rodomontade or thrasonical bombast. Sedulously avoid all polysyllabic profundity, pompous prolixity, psittaceous vacuity ventriloquial verbosity, and vaniloquent vapidity.
