my thoughts too. Baitmonkey almost convinced me to buy a fenwick today, this ones a little cheaper so I may have too. With as beat up as my poles get, this one not having any eyes is an added bonus. I just don't like the fact that it only comes in a 1 piece. Would like the versatility of a 2 piece.

That looks very intresting might have to get me one of those i always seem to have the look of breaking an eye!!! But ill have to wait a while cuz I just got me Ugly Stik and need to break it in!

pinnacle had rods like that and disscontinued them.i had one and it sucked!!!the rod would get wet inside and the line would drag.it also would get algae from weeds stuck in it and would not cast.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
