So what are y'alls favorite foods? What kind of cooking and any dishes in particular. Shrimp gumbo and jambalaya do me well, and so does just about any good and spicy cajun food. Whats yours?

![]() Hey I've seen some of those that they imported to the US. Some look more tasty than others. Do a fellow board member a favor and send him one. I prolly got room for about a 125 pounder. |

I really like Italian foods in general. I also like seafood, but I'm talking stuff like tuna, haddock, cod, etc.

Bob[/quote] Zatarains makes some excellent jambalaya and gumgbo, really reallly gooooooooood. Anyways just go to the grocery store and look for the zatarains mix (the gumbo isn't sold in as many stores as the jambalaya), buy a bag of shrimp, and you're good to go. I've also got a recipe for some pretty sweet shrimp etouffee around here, I'll look around for it. |
