Well, at this time I will bid you all a fond adeau', I am heading out at 5:00 in the morning to meet up with an old friend that I ran with in the 50's. We are heading for Grand Lake in Oklahoma for a week. The weather does not want to co-operate. It is supposed to frost here tonight, and have a cold front hanging in down there until about tuesday. I have a feeling we will be doing a lot of jig flippin' and wave worm pitchin' as well as a lot of "dead stickin."
It will be good to get together again after all these years. I was best man at his wedding and have not seen him since until about a year ago. We are going to drop in un-anounced on another buddy from the 50's that lives on the lake that neither of us has seen since the 50's. It should be a blast and a half.
