I'M BAAAAACK ( but I don't know for how long)
Â* Â* I got back from Missouri last Friday about 8:00 pm, unloaded the boat and threw everything in the laundry. Got up early Saturday and drove to Wichita for Grandsons graduation. Got home about 8:00 and turned on the computer. Answered a PM from ZOOKER, but when I hit "send" the damn 'puter locked up and would not let me send. I got a message that one of the files on my 'puter was corrupted (ALL ZOOKERS FAULT)
I had to order a new hard drive, and finally got it installed this morning. I installed it, but kept my old hard drive in place so I could transfer some files from the old drive to the new one before I took the old one out. Guess what, it corrupted the new one. Â* Â* I will have to download my favorites and e-mail address files to a floppy, then scrub everything off the new drive and re-load it all back on the new file. I have to get this done before Wednesday, so I can leave for Truman Reservoir again. Â*"If it weren't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all" JackL |
