Water stained; 74 degrees; 824.86':
Largemouth are very good along 5'-10' channel break-lines and boat docks on white-chartreuse-blue 7/16 oz. Terminator (www.terminatorlures.com) tungsten spinnerbaits, wacky rigged watermelon-red Scoundrel worms (www.cremelure.com) using a 3/0 "K" Wacky Hook (www.falconlures.com) and greenbug Photon crankbaits (www.photonlures.com) worked through boulders and the deeper seawall rip rap. Texas rigged, weightless green pumpkin Whacky Sticks and watermelon-red plastic jerkbaits are good choices for working boat docks. White Bass are good at night and early A.M. using 1-1/2" Lit'l Fishies, trolling Shad Raps and white curl tail grubs. Crappie are fair to good on 1/32 oz. chartreuse Curb's crappie jigs, blue/white Tube Jigs and live minnows over brushpiles in 15'. **Even w/the cooler nights our guided night trips are still producing limits of white bass, several crappie and stripers for all anglers on each trip.** To book a guided fishing trip w/ the only fulltime professional guides fishing LBJ for over 40 years contact JR's Guide Service(www.jrguideservice.com).
