Re: Sweet Beaver
I just recieved some samples from http://www.ghostbaits.com Â*They have a product almost identicle to the Sweet Beaver
http://www.ghostbaits.com/Sweet%20Be...ype%20Bait.htm I know, because the guy I was fishing with saturday had the sweet beavers, and the sample is just about identical. Â*The biggest difference is that the ghost baits are ribbed on 1 side only. Â*I still say lots of similiar baits will work just as well, but thought you folks might be interested in these, check them out. Â*The samples of everything he sent were terrific. Â*I waiting on a return email to see if he can or will make them from 2 part molds, instead of just 1 sided. Lizards |

Re: Sweet Beaver
The sweet beaver is a great bait. I prefer to use a MICRO MUNCH TACKLE Platypus. This bait is softer than the sweet beaver, and you can actually get these. Go to www.micromunchtackle.com I don't work for Micro Munch takle in anyway but I love this little bait. Check it out.

Fish on, Thanks, I just placed an order for those beaver baits .That is exactly what I have been looking for, but wasn't sure anyone made it, Bass pro shop has one with different claws on it, but I like this trailer type claws better. Thanks again, P N J

I just started using them. First time I tried them I was fishing with Nitro911, and they do work. Haven't tried pitching with them yet but I think they will be a great flipping bait. Love the side-to-side action.

Hometown Hand pours has a nice beaver that is just like the original and only has a small back that is flat. Check them out. I fished them in the forum tourney.

JB, They work. You will see me impale them on a jig often as a trailer, but I caught alot of nice bass using a 3/0 Hp hook and a 1/16 oz. Tungstun weight free sliding, I think the Ugly otter works better with the light weight than it does as a jig trailer, but its a good bulk to it , I got the alluring baits beavers coming so I will let you know what I think, they look exactly like what I have been looking for, but didn't know existed.
