Wacky vs. Texas Rigs
I went out fishing today (good weather, High of 72 and partyly cloudy). When I was fishing a small pond today I noticed that the bass were really shallow, so I threw a texas rigged worm in there and caught about 8 ok sized ones. Then I tried wacky rigged, and nothin. Went back to texas and caught about 10 more. Do you guys know why they wern't responding to the wacky rig???

Re: Wacky vs. Texas Rigs
When you Wacky rig, do you just stick the hook in the middle of the worm?

They might have just preferred the t-rig. Happens all the time man. Just find what works and stick with it, don't try to think too deep.

Texas rig (where you hide the hook inside the worm.) never used wacky.
