Mostly recycled knowledge. I'm certainly not interested in subscribing to any book sets. I may join bass later (again) so that I can compete in local tourneys if I so desire, but I find their magazine to be a lot of fluff and little substance.

I have tried BASS The In Fisherman and NAFC and cancelled them all. They are all merchandising scams disguised as Fishing information sources. I find this and a couple of other forums to be eons more helpful and honest about what works and doesnt work.

kj[/quote] Yes I have the book, and yes I think it's a good book. If you want to continue to get them fine, but all the info is availble on the web nowadays, so a little time and effort is all it takes to learn new stuff ![]() Lizards |

I like the books and the mags. They both have a lot of the same info. but they are enjoyable and the pictures seem to help sometimes. The first book was nine dollors, but the second wsa like twenty five. I was a little turned off by that little trick of sucking me in, but I guess it worked.
