I've heard that this boat should do 50-53mph. I shopped around BIG TIME before deciding on G3. I looked at Xpress and Bass Tracker.....and neither of them have anything on the G3 HP series! And the price? All 3 brands were about the same price....in the range of $17k. Now, let me tell you this.... for $17,000 on the Bass Tracker Pro Team 175, the LARGEST engine you can get is a 2-stroke 75hp. But with the G3 HP 170, you get the Yahama 115 4 stroke! ALso, the G3 has the WIDEST beam of ALL 17' aluminum boats which is 90" (wow). So, I'd like to hear from all of you.... which aluminum boat would YOU say is the best for your money?
( TRACKER) Buy two fully equipped 2005 Pro 16.5 for less than $17.000... Pro 17 fully equoipped $9.500.. No brainer..

i got a pro craft 185 pro with a 150 marriner on it with a 40 lb trust min koda the reason my troling motor is so small is because i had a motorguide and it burnt out in lake eufalla and i was in a regionals tournament and i had to get a new trolling motor on befor the 2nd day of the tournament. that sucked
