FINALLY!!! They're biting

I took 4 days leave this week and was determined to fish until either I caught one or my thumb blistered. Started w/ black/blue jig (caught 2) largest being a little over 3 1/2. Switched to a junebug lizard w/ chart tail (caught 5) largest weighed in at 7 even. Went out today started w/ lizard again........not a damn thing. Switched to a indigo senko (wacky) caught 3. I'm enjoying catching fish again.....heading out tomorrow morn and doing it all again.

sounds like a good day. im glad that everyone is startin to catch again. im goin tommorrow hopefully and hope to have the same luck.

Great days are just fishing, the catching is just a bonus But BOY OH BOY what a bonus it is ;D

Well, the fish aren't biting here, well not what I have been fishing with. So far, I have had alot of practice casting the couple of times I have been out. At least they are biting somewhere though. Keep catching them.

They started biting here this week also. I have caught about eight over the last three dalys. They were killing my spinner bait(stike king bleeding bait chart w/gold willow blade). ;D
I also put that power pro line on my reel and man that stuff is great...you don't really even have to set the hook 'cause when the fish hit your lure they practically do it for you

Hef, I would love to but i am retireing in Jun ... and will be going back to the Redneck Riviera(lower Alabama) where i can fish just about all year long. I am going to meet with a fishing club that fishes on the Potomac this week and see what they are all about maybe they could help you out.
