Big sting ray.
Highlight of my pier fishing trip to the beach was this 25 pound sting ray. It put up a heavy fight, and took about 10-15 minutes to reel in on my 15 pound test saltwater gear.
Then, had to gaff it, to bring it on the pier (it stands 25 feet above water). This bad boy was caught night fishing on bottom rigged cut squid with a large circle hook. This was one heck of a great time for me! A great fish, in my perspective ;D seaphantom |
